Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating a Folyo account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Folyo.
2. The Service
Folyo is a widget-based portfolio and link-in-bio builder. You create a public profile page composed of widgets (links, text, images, social profiles, embeds) arranged on a customizable grid layout. The service includes profile analytics showing how visitors interact with your page.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person or entity per account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Folyo.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on Folyo (text, images, links, widget configurations). By publishing content on your public profile, you grant Folyo a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of the service.
You are solely responsible for the content on your profile. Do not post content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malware, phishing links, or deceptive redirects
- Promotes violence, harassment, or illegal activity
- Impersonates another person or organization
- Violates any applicable law
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Usernames
Usernames are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve certain usernames (admin, api, support, etc.) and may reclaim inactive or squatted usernames at our discretion. Usernames must be 3-39 characters and may only contain letters, numbers, and hyphens.
6. Free & Paid Plans
Folyo offers a free tier that includes core functionality with Folyo branding. Paid plans (when available) unlock additional features such as branding removal, custom domains, and advanced analytics. Paid plan pricing and features will be clearly communicated before purchase.
7. Availability
We strive to keep Folyo available but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions or data loss.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your profile, widgets, uploaded images, and analytics data will be permanently deleted.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account.
